but look at it this way, the stock is still holding strong. those who sold just got gobbled up. i would have though this would crash to $6 after dilution but its holding $8 pretty well.

besides, the 4mil shares will give the company cash. cash they can use to up the stake on companies that want to buy them out or partner with them. if their introuble, they would have dilluted much much more but they did not.

also, if they made an offering like this. it only means that they will do their best to support the pps.
