Pink sheet or not, there is still an investing public available to buy shares. Pink sheet or not, the CEO still has a duty to the shareholders. Pink sheet or not, the information published in PRs is the same information that should be given to those that call the CEO. From numerous posts on this board, apparently that is not the case.
