I agree. The FINS can come out anytime. Could even be great news AH or PM tomorrow.

Waiting for a dip to 18 or better is not the best advice I could give. Buy no, or pay higher.

PIHN still under alot of radars. Each day getting more exposure and harder to buy cheapily. With acquisitions in the US and ASIA this year the story will go on the whole year and earnings should get better each quarter.
