yes, jp50, but when you find dilution it is usually done at the bid. The co is trying to sell shares and will do so at what ever price the buyer offers. Downward spirals are evidence of dilution. Look at a 9 month chart for THRR. The top is at .004 and the co. diluted the stock until the value was 1/10 of what it was, or to 0.0002 right before this pop that we have experienced for the past week.

Continuous buys at the ask are the work of covering shorts. It happened all day friday at 0.0018 until the calamity crash at 2:30 (around this time, watch out!!)
