The legit buyouts I have witnessed before the price goes right up to within about 5% of the offered price and remain there more or less til the deal is done. This is certainly not behaving like a legit buyout.

Bingo. That is exactly how the real buyouts behave, but some people have to learn their lessons the hard way---by losing money to wash trading and lying swindlers.

From what I've read, I conclude that the company is legit and the buyout will be finished as planned.
