I think stockholders refers to private placement which is understandable if you want to open 2 casinos. The money has to come from somewhere. Either that or they burrow from the bank and they say they have no debt. I doubt the new casino can generate enough money to keep it solvent and finance 2 new casinos. I'm just not sure how they go about doing the private placement. I'd think about getting involved but I'd like to visit the existing operation first.
