Word is last Fall Strather had told his investors about the possibility of merging with ATIG

Strather/Hitsville has a new website up and he may be re-working the Lotto Soul website (it's been down for a while)
Lotto Soul lottery tickets went on sale in D.C. last Spring and were reported to be selling real well. Strather is supposed to have told his Hitsville investors that several States were interested in handling the lottery tickets.
