vince....I tend to agree with that....that's why companies go public....so, we have to expect "X" amount of dilution....but, it's the "X" that becomes worrisome....
most of this company's mkt cap comes from dilution....not PPS increase...
and, when all there is to show is a JV, a pledge, and two small acquisitions, i really must question the wisdom of 10-12 million dollars worth of dilution.....i could easily see maybe 1 or 2....but, 10-12??
yes, there is $350mm promised in financing....question is: what does $350mm buy? the answer, IMO, is that it doesn't buy a billion dollar company.....it more likely buys a $300-350 miliion company....
so, when we have over a billion shares O/s, what is the best we can hope for in 2010 with a $350mm acquisition?
the next real hurdle is getting the PPS up....even when the deals are closed and the "rush" to buy begins from all the "smart money", "deep pockets" out there....
meanwhile, as new faces are buying, those that have been here....especially those with for a long time, sitting on large positions, will be unloading like there is no tomorrow...
yes, it's going to be very interesting.....
