Not sure why people think it is today. There is no mention anywhere on the PRs that they will be announcing the buyer today. chances are it will be during the conference call. The only reason they thought it would be monday is due to the amount of time until the closing of the deal int hat they had to reveal the name a certain number oif days before the final closing.
