That'll work.

Your example candle was a hammer. "Inside-out" logic uses the previous candle as setup limits as you know and understand. And it works perfectly. There is no mystery as it is as flawless as anything in technical trading you may ever see. Why it works as it does is beyond me. It is all in personal observation and my desire to kick the market's ass. I'm glad you have grasped it as you have. Some people just don't get it for whatever reason.

So, would you say that if it closes above the BB, by more than 50% of the candle being above, then it should go down if there's volume and if it closes below the BB by more than 50% of the candle (being below) than it should go down if there's volume? And what would you use to signal that the move is real? Just the one indicator, or does it have to start in the direction predicted by a certain amount to confirm the direction?

Also, if you've already done this, sorry, I didn't check, but why not compile the post numbers of the key TA posts like the one to which I'm responding, and put them in the Board Info?
