A company currently listed on a national securities exchange that wishes to dually list on The NASDAQ Stock Market must meet all of the initial criteria for listing on The NASDAQ Global Select Market (Listing Rule 5300 Series) or The NASDAQ Global Market (Listing Rule 5400 Series) or The NASDAQ Capital Market (Listing Rule 5500 Series).
The company must also meet the NASDAQ corporate governance provisions, as set forth in Listing Rule 5600 Series. To maintain its dual listing on NASDAQ, the company must comply with the applicable NASDAQ continued listing standards for The NASDAQ Global Select or The NASDAQ Global Market (Listing Rule 5400 Series) or The NASDAQ Capital Market (Listing Rule 5500 Series).
