Stocks do go up and down. If THRR is down today, it could be because of a number of reasons (including what you mention) BUT it does not prove that the company or the buyout offer is not legit.

stock pps goes up/down constantly on all stocks , this correction is typical of pinks when there is still some time to kill before closing dates , ,
my feelings are, SO WHAT !!!!!

one week ago this pps was 0007-0009 , how can they be down 50% from a week ago , lololol !!! we are doing ok with this , with a month to the april10th a bounce was inevitable , practically always happens ,
