14 mil makes the most sense for a buyout price for a company this size. but here is where it gets fuzzy . According to the Transfer Agent the AS is 14 billion, and the OS is 10 bil plus change. The PR states that they are getting a penny for the Outstanding shares. Thats close to 100 million bucks. That does not fit. The only other explanation is that the group of buyers they referred to has already bought up a large part of the OS. or a RS which at this point would be criminal, but we are talking a PK Ceo. right. lol. I do hope for the best for all who are playing this. I think we will hear something Monday! glta
PS Does anyone know what the float here is? that seems to be a well kept secret.
