Am aware of both phrases he combined, not sure what joe's point is.

Why aren't some asking themselves the obvious question here - why is Dean keeping things so close to the vest? How would it benefit the company first and therefore the share holders?

While I'm at it, and I've asked it before, to no avail - why would Lisa Betros go through the trouble of taking the EQUR ceo thru the ringer, but sit back and let Dean scam people?
