The SEC isn't going to relist them doesn't matter what they file and they aren't going to file anything. They may shuffle their feet for a while until you've blown off your steam. Maybe you can get some worthless bdgr shares in exchange for your worthess caddo shares if you promise to go away. They can print them for free just like they printed the ones they sold you.
