Curious to know is it possible they consumated the deal on or around the 15th of March while agreeing to the price of .01 while also allowing the increase in shares to be accounted for (03/16/2010 per T/A)in the total price of say $140,000,000 (14bil a/s), just before they announced on the 16th of this month? The final signing will be in April, presumably. Kind of like agreeing to everything up front in a purchase agreemenet and physically closing the deal after everything is ($) seasoned, so to speak. Escrow per se? Does that come into play in CA?
