Well I hope this is a true story. There are so many red flags it doesn't seem to be true, but that alloy if it is real should be worth more than the .01 per share buy out offer.

Guess we will find out soon enough.

If it does turn out to be ANOTHER PK scam, the SEC has to step in and add regulations to limit the BS that can be used to dump shares.

I hate big brother, but, if there is no penalty, then whats stopping anyone..
