We have to factor in some of the members who have claimed to call Dean a few weeks ago with concerns about how high the OS will go. Some members have claimed that Dean reassure them the OS will not go above 900 million shares. Either these members are lying, Dean is lying, or some are doing the math incorrect. We will soon find out the truth.
