I bet it's some 18 year old kid trying to drive down the price for an entry, but in this case he's gone way to far and I think he's gonna get busted. You can NOT post false SEC lawsuits, and not expect the Feds at your doorstep.

The best way for Doug to deal with these people is to put out a good PR Monday morning so they have to COVER. Hurt them in the pocket.
