If $350M funding is in the bank,a huge PR of closing $350M is coming out very soon,i.e. within 4 days. If so, PPS should be rocked to the Moon next week.

Actually, I have same thought as you for the meaning and background of the acq. PR of 03/19/10.

What is the potential PPS next week? if $350M PR coming out next week?
