According to Delaware "Department of State: Division of Corporations" official website Aurus is still "W0006Inactive Corp" meaning no taxes have been probably paid. Besides, there is no registered document about change in leadership (new BOD and President): http://corp.delaware.gov/default.shtml
Until this is fixed or explained by the company, "L'vov or Elena" represent self proclaimed management of inactive (dead) corporation.
