They've only claimed there is a letter of intent, not that the company will be sold for a penny.

It is not up to the SEC to deword-smith news releases. It is up to the individual to enable themselves to comprehend what's before them.

THRR has never claimed that the company will be sold for a penny. Most people who've been around these boards for a while know how these things turn out.

If today's 1/3 cut didn't wake a few folks up, nothing will.

Read it, and weep :)


If this was all fluff, we would already see the signs such as SEC halt, request for more information etc.
