WATCH OUT EVERYONE! This company just raised it's A/S by 4 billion shares AFTER they claim to have come to a deal with the mystery buyer for a penny per share. Then they turned around and issued one billion of those shares within two days.

This isn't just a red flag. It is a red sun blazing in the sky.
