My favorite part of the PR...

Both sides expect the definitive agreement to be finalized within the next 30 days during which the due diligence will be completed.

Does the owner/CEO of these companies not know his businesses?! What DD needs to be done?

Maybe they just want to see how much the stock moves (with the LOI PR) before its a done deal... This way he'll know if its worth going through the hassle or not...lol...

Obviously the "leasing company" (BDST) is close to him as well.... Makes no sense why they would be involved otherwise... Hopefully GRBG shareholders aren't buying him property, like another Forte Wayne companies "farm".

Im sure he knows all the details of each of these 3 companies.
