Richard, I assume it is coming from a legal means of selling shares. Legally CPRK can do private placement of shares to accredited investors with a one year restriction. They can also do an offering.

Now will you please answer just one of my questions? Are you referring to an offering? It's obvious you are not referring to a private placement.

Richard the shares cprk sells when they sell shares are restricted. They sell the shares to a private individual or company, the shares cannot be traded for a year. This individual gives them green backs $$$$ for the restricted shares. IF AND IT'S A BIG IF the person they sell shares to has shares that have come off of restriction they can sell those into the market! Hope this helps?

The O/S keeps increasing. That's where the money is coming from.
That's what developing companies do, they sell stock (dilute) to raise cash.

My son just lost his first tooth and got $5 for it. We should ask JIT if all the employees are now toothless. Perhaps they all "sold" their teeth to the tooth fairy to fund the startup.

OR, maybe they have some kind of a financing deal.

I know a lot of people who bought stock directly from the company, and they were not listed on the market trades. They were all direct placements. I do not know, but I doubt they are now dumping shares into the open market. If they are selling shares, I believe that they are direct placements of restricted shares.
