From what I gathered, Owen was eluding to certificates that they have RECENTLY sent out. Sounded to me like they have started to send out certificates with cusip#'s and are working getting them all out.. just how it sounded to me. So check your mail!

Wish you could look at mine and find a cusip# I think mine is hiding - - hahaha

After reading your post I pulled it out -

Nope, Nada, Nein, etc. There is nothing resembling a CUSIP # or I don't know what it looks like

I have 9/22/2008 #
I have Certificate # 117XX
I have # of shares 100,000
I have Two (valuation)
and a seal that is only partly crimped

No other #s ??? Oh, the transfer area which has cert # on it also which should be filled out for xxxxxx shares issued to xxxxxxx dated xxxxx (from whome transfered - blank, and so on.
This is not the area in which I would transfer, but the strip the co fills out.

Beats me - But I am ahaning on to it!!

gingersnap, I have the same "certificate/reciept" as others that were recieved in 08,and mine does not have it on there either. Now I have something from one of Owens call that "said here is the cusip #" but it is NOT on my "certificate/reciept" Is that mean the same thing?

Hi Gingersnaps,

There is no cusip# on our receipts/certificates that we received back in Oct.2008. I know Owen mentioned a couple of times on Thursday night calls about a cusip#. I am pretty sure that was the new number. No broker in the world would accept these. Only a letter from The Transfer Agent is acceptable like the one we are supposed to get this month. Unless Owen has sent out new certificates already(which I know he hasnt), he has not explained it very clearly. Thats why there is confusion. Everyone must have a letter from the Transfer Agent showing all the pertinent info. Then you can go to your broker and start the process of setting up your shares. The only thing I am not sure of is if the new stock symbol would be on the electronic letter from the Transfer Agent. Little unsure about that. Obviously, we need the stock symbol to trade. I know Johnny could clear up this whole matter in seconds. The problem is is that he is very hard to reach.

I am sure this whole thing will become clearer shortly. I just hope it starts trading in April and it opens at $3-5 per share.
