The dilution level and increase in the share count is reason enough to see that it is not legit. No buyer will agree to THRR raising the O/S by billions of shares prior to the buyout as each billion represents $10 million more on the purchase price.

You come to my house to buy a basket of eggs. You look at it and offer me $10 per egg and there are 100 eggs in the basket. You say you will be back in 3 weeks to buy every egg in my basket for $10 each. When you come back I now have 750,000 eggs in my basket. Are you going to give me $7.5 million or are you gonna say "Hey, there were only 100 eggs in that basket when I agreed to that deal"!!!!
Deals are made for what is outstanding at the moment. Nobody says "Hey, dump as much as you can in the next 3 weeks and we will pay you $.01 for every one of them...Now, get out there and start dumping!!!!!"
Here is a hint. If that was the deal, the company would not be selling them to you for .0024 they would be issuing them to themselves and getting .01 for them. Just a little tip from your Uncle Greedy.
