The next filing due is for the year end.
Latest date for that is April 30.
But Zeng should file earlier in the interest of transparency.

Not much missed about Zenergy since 12/29/09:

Stock was trading at .012 and now at .006 => down 50%

The Jan 6 PR stated:
"These revenues generated will be announced on a disclosed date every quarter, for the purpose of keeping the financial community abreast of the Company's financial position, in consideration of the exponential nature of the growth potential."

No financials have been filed since Sept 30,2009 and no date announcing a date to file any financials has appeared.

There has been no PR or word from Luiten since the 1/6/10 Press Release. PRs have been foretold by IR on a weekly basis, but none have have been released.

Not much would have been missed since 12/29/2009. A few pictures of the Corporate offices and lack of progress on re-starting the Greenlight site.
