Hearing date moved up to March 24th....about worldspace plan to de-orbit of their birdies.

If I were a gambling man, and I obviously am, I'd expect a PR before next Wed, hopefully confirming an agreement has been reached. Hell, I mean when was the last hearning you can remember about this case that wasn't canceled!
