Funny how it matters enough when the stock is going up that the moderators here will actually link to someone else's chart but it's all hogwash when the price is going down.
if that stuff happens because it will DWARF the damage you're worried about.
It's not the "if" that worries me. It's the when and what. The former is always getting pushed out because management is always changing the later.
Case in point; "signal-seeking" to "gold-standard."
