I too believe that, and basically proposed that yesterday (not that anyone could ever pick out any given post amongst the hoard of posts over the last few days). The daily volume has consistently supported this as well. I don't think there is an apetite for that much trading of this equity amongst the public at large.
I have been thinking something similar since yesterday: The O/S is going to be diluted from 1.4B to 14B and then the buyer is going to buy the O/S for 0.01 PPS. ok now since sept of '09 thrr has added about 8.2B shares into the market at an average price of 0.0004 = $3.28M + bringing the O/S from 9.6B(the last few days) to 14B(by the time this is over [April 10?]) at an average price of 0.002 = $8.8M now THRR has made $12.08M just by diluting its stock in the last 6 months, now thats cash. Then the co. is going to do a 1:10 RS bring the O/S back to 1.4B and then they are going to sell the co. for $0.01/Share = $14M which is then divided btw us and the execs.
THAT Makes a lot of SINCE .01x14bil= $140,000,000 million. It would be SMART for the company to buy as many shares as they can NOW. .002 x 10.5 Billion = $21,000,000 + balance at .01 cent.
