Yep, there'd be a big ITAR issue with THRR's tech.

Technology to develop a material that is stronger than titanium, lighter than aluminum, that wears like steel. Yeah, they need to keep that away from russia, and everyone else. There are so many possible applications that it boggles the mind. nasa, bell helicopter, u.s. gov't, ford, raytheon. Yeah that baby ain't going anywhere outside of U.S. Control.
