Shortly thereafter he became closely associated with the builder/developer of the Vista Romantica condominiums, a small luxury boutique development in the hills of “Amapas”, a then budding neighborhood just south of town, and eventually bought out the developer to finish the project himself.
Since that time, Chuck has added to his resume the critically acclaimed and monetarily successful Villas de la Colina project – a group of 5 villas and 9 condominiums also located in the now thriving Amapas neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta.
Chuck now has begun the acquisition of many lots with the vision and foresight to design, develop and build a Master Plan, gated community for Puerto Vallarta’s North Amapas hillside neighborhood.
