As far as I understand it, they only have to provide minimal corporate information to the SEC - but no financial reports. This should be easier than setting up a website, that's for sure.
The fact that this happened to a bunch of other stocks, including ALOC, which I know to be a legitimate company (based in Spain), leads me to believe this is actually not a major deal and probably a good thing for us, because it forces Meeks to provide some minimal disclosures to the SEC and presumably to his shareholders.
