OTOH, they are at the mercy of auditors and the SEC, and they cant move without THEM

The people at AMIN may exoect something to get done at a certain time, but because they are so small the acct firm and teh SEC doesnt put them on the front burner, rather the back burner!!!!!!!!!!

So they sometimes cant help teh timing
