Traderfan on Jan, 12 the offering was for 2 Mil. The shares werer goingto be sold after the registration. How long does the registration process take or once filed thye can sell?
I would think it was immediate as the PPS was $2.90 and it has drifted ever since. If so, I believe the warrants are coming to an end very soon.
