If a Sell comes up as A Buy, that is an MM taking your shares and giving to a short before it hits the Trades, then that MM has "Sold" your shares to the Shortie, but shows up on the Trade board as a Buy, when You actually sold but those shares were intercepted by the MM before it could hit the Trade board. Hence, you sold but the MM got em and recorded that transaction to another party who bought em. Showing up as a "BUY".
