doubt Dial was the mastermind of GFCI

imo, Newman and Jarvis got together with him
and the 3 of them put forth the plan of action

Dial is the one who actually ran the day to day operation
and then kept taking things up a notch
like the Global Oil tool dividend, Universal warrants, FTXN dividends.......imo

and then there's the disastrous CTBG dividend nightmare
