I think the pr showing up elsewhere is helping. I suspect a few had their doubts when quasar was the only source, and the opening line read that it was a Mineseeker release, yet it hadn't been released yet.

We'll get there soon enough. If the dilution has actually stopped, which appears to be the case (fingers crossed), the sellers are gone and buyers will return, forcing it higher.

If people are waiting on verification to buy this stock, they will miss the boat. I am sure this stock will move big, before any PR hits the news. The MMs are in complete control of this stock. Now they are just shaking the tree, to scare as many flippers as they can to sell. When they are finished accumulating all the shares they can get, then they will let the stock move. It will gap up one morning, without any news. And that day is rapidly approaching.
