Its because no one believes this story, if you wanted to make it even barely believable put out an announcement that the purchasig company will be buying as many shares as possible on the open market at these prices all the way up to a penny..... why would you pay a penny when they could of bought the float for one fith that....April 10th headline deal fell thru watch
