no, your a day trader. you need 25k in your account for funds to clear and trade intaday. If you have less than 25k you have to wait for funds to clear. This is only if you are a day trader. Have been in and out of the same stock. US Law. You can open a secound acount put the money in the new one and trade. Just don't to five trades ( i think) within a business week.
