i have to say you are correct pennypit.. LOL and this press release mentions THRR OFFERING the other company of .01 PER SHARE. and in the other press release it seems to have been worded differently if i remember correctly.

Actually there's an improvement in the PR. The previous one said the deal should be complete "as early as april 10". This one says "before april 10"
