What's to believe? They purportedly sold assets to a shell that has almost no money, almost no business, and a lot of debt. The business address is a small house out on a country road best I can tell. I'm guessing the whole transaction had more to do with generating a little buzz they could sell shares into than anything else. I don't think the assets were even identified but I admitedly didn't care enough to look that hard for them. fAt
