DOES ANYONE KNOW......DOES CMKX HAVE ANY CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES OUT THERE?????


This really is beginning to stink like a convertible debenture.

I have a theory as to all of this nonsense:

RG was hired to deal with a convertible debenture that was looking like it would lead to so many new shares, beyond the authorized amount, that they needed legal counsel to try to iron out the conversion.

This would be consistent with the increase of the O/S.

I think they are just going to let this whole thing play out before they release any good news, if there even is any, and get all dirty laundry out of the way.

I am still curious if anyone has checked on the A/S amount in the last day or so with the Nevada SOS. I can't seem to get through.

THIS SUCKS.
