Question that needs to be answered. If next month the company sells its stock for .01....then why on earth would they dilute now in the .002 range?? That is getting 20 cents on the dollar. NOW, if this is an honest buyout, what management in their right minds would dilute now?? It seems they are, so it questions the whole buyout theory. Just a thought. Not to bash.
