To any doubters out there. I did some serious digging last night. Looked at the actual building. Looked at a lot of their contract documents (google Thresher industries contracts) and this looks very ligit. They haven't posted financials since 08. In that time there has been a lot of real business. The .0006 share price had also been crushed by a 660 million share short sale as acknoledged by the ceo Flessner. They were very undertvalued at .0006 thus the .01 buy out price. They haven't posted anything since 08 because they didn't have to and it wasn't pretty, However it was certainly good enough to value the facilities technology and current business at .01 a share. Either way we have till April 10 to play in this one regardless of it being a real deal or not. Just put in my 10K
