So let's do a little math -- if OS is 10 billion at .01 per share and the buyer had to the purchase all of those (didn't pick them up on the open market) price would be $100 million, right? I'm assuming they bought a bunch of shares on the open market, and they are continuing to do so. So what's the value of the company?

IMO, any AS increase is to fill in the gap on the final price, based on the fact the buyer bought up a lot on the open market.
