In a perfect world...yes it should. BUT in the real world their are people pulling it down and jumping ship so its not just going to take off and hit .01 and stay there at this time.

With this many short NO we need to support the bid with smalll orders and buy the ask and do not sell! Then the buying pressure will take over.
