My thoughts are that the uplisting is more in favor of the shareholders and not for the benefit of the company, so to speak. The company is more interested right now in righting the ship and furthering the growth with new drugs and expansions of the factories and buildings. That is not to say that the uplisting won't happen near term,and I do hope it does. I just think that it is not a priority for them at the moment.
