A shareholder willing to purchase a stock for .03 on 4/10 knowing it's only going to be worth .01 at closing the same day would have to be smoking crack. Anything below .01 the shareholder makes out. I'm not quite understanding why anyone would pay more than .01 for this stock until at least 4/10.
